They responded at a very busy time, so that was very good. In my opinion, the attachment of the arris rail brackets looks a bit slapdash, but maybe difficult on an old fence, and they were rushed off their feet. I've marked courtesy down to 3, not because they were rude at all (they were fine), but because I asked for a quote for some other work at the same time, but have never received it. I accepted that I'd have to wait for two or three weeks because they were very busy (it was in the middle of the storms). They took all the measurements, wrote it all down - but then I never heard from them.

Chris turned up on time and completed the jobs quicker than we expected. He and his assistant worked without stopping until the job finished. We almost had to force them to accept tea and even then continued with the job while drinking it! The old fences and the rubble just disappeared into their van. It does not get better than that.

My parents had their front and back gardens completely re-landscaped. The work included: garden paths being totally repaired, patio fitted in the back garden, lawn re-turfed and shingle replacing brambles. Chris and Alan did a fantastic job, charged a very good price and were very polite and courteous! My parents and I were very pleased with the results!
