I am very pleased with the patio laid by Chris and his team and they are very courteous and tidy. Chris consulted at every step of the work. As a single female I did not feel that I was being taken advantage of and would not hesitate in recommending the company.

Excellent. Chris was able to build the pergola I had imagined. He worked very collaboratively and made good suggestions. The standard of workmanship was excellent. They had to construct a garden gate, on a slope and have made it fit well. The pergola looks as though it has always been there. I have used Chris from Surrey Fencing and Landscaping for over 10 years after I had seen the excellent work he had carried out on a neighbours garden. He has carried out extensive remodelling as well as small jobs in the garden of our own home and other properties with excellent results. Pricing is very good value and the work is very good.

My front garden is a concrete parking space adjoining the adjacent property on one side with no dividing fence to the other side either so I was keen to mark my boundaries and enclose my property. I had a large Yew hedge removed and employed Surrey Fencing and Landscapes to erect a six panel trellis fence which looks really good and have had alot of admiring comments. I wish I had done it sooner. The work was carried out in bad weather and the job was a bit awkward but still it was completed on time and the site was left tidy. The owner Chris was extremely helpful with choosing the type of fence, keeping to appointments and giving an accurate quote for the job. All quotes were confirmed on email for clarity. They were on-site four days later and the job was completed in one day. They cleared away and disposed of my old fence and installed a new fence. The new fence and gate look fantastic. Aidan and Gavin spent a couple of days removing an old six panel fence and replacing it with a new close board fence with concrete posts and gravel boards. It has transformed our garden. They also repositioned the garden gate and fitted a new gate with new locks. The quality of the work and attention to detail is very high. They also repaired a badly fitting down-pipe to the new fence. Aidan and Gavin worked incredibly hard in extremely hot weather. They were friendly and courteous and left the garden neat and tidy. Very pleased with the work. Chris was very easy to work with and had good advice from the initial meeting. Access was difficult to the garden and he returned to confirm our choices and double check measurements. The guys on the day were hard working, friendly and did a good job keeping me informed. It was hot weather and the had to remove paving and then carry heavy timbers over a fence to the site, but all was done cheerfully. The end result is a raised sleeper L shaped bed around 55 cm off the ground along with a new trellis. I would happily recommend Chris and his team.

Chris and his team did an amazing job on extending our patio and filled in a big hole at the back of the garden where our old greenhouse was and returfed it. Our old patio was very narrow and made up of a mix of crazy paving and rough concrete, all on different levels. Now it's a pleasure to go out there every day, as it's all on one level and, despite the recent rain, there is never one puddle on the patio, which shows how much effort was put into levelling it. 3/4 Years ago I engaged Surrey Fencing to totally replaced fencing in our rear garden. That fence looks as good as the day it was first erected. A 50 feet long close boarded side fence to our garden was falling apart only two years after it was initially built by a fencer/landscaper from Chobham who claimed to be an expert! Chris and his cheerful and hard working assistant, Aiden skilfully rebuilt the fence in one day, looking immaculate and robust. On completion they left the site tidy. Chris and his colleague built our fence at the end of November. He was professional and thorough, taking his time to make sure the fence was built properly. I was having water-logging issues in my garden so decided to build a trench. I started this work myself but couldn't get it deep enough! I contacted Surrey Fencing and Landscapes and contracted the team to work for 2 days in the garden. They guys worked so hard, especially digging down and carrying buckets and buckets of clay soil and nothing was too much of a problem. This was going to be a very difficult job as there was so much overgrowth of vegetation next to the old fence. Work was done very well and all materials and old posts and panels had to be carried through the house as no side access. The men were careful, polite and worked from when they arrived until the job was finished. They cleared away all old posts and panels, left garden clean and even wanted to hoover the house where they had walked the materials through house. Would recommend them if you need a new fence. First used Chris to remove a garage, erect a fence where the garage was and prep base ready for log cabin. After the cabin had been put up we got Chris to come back to put decking across the front. Very happy with the work, the decking looks very good in front of the cabin.

Chris and his team landscaped our entire back garden. They removed old pavement bricks and grass, levelled the ground and laid pavement slabs over 2/3 of the area and installed a membrane over the rest (for us to lay gravel later on). They also built a small brick wall. Throughout they checked with us whether we were happy with the work and also made suggestions for further improvements which were very helpful. This company is very rare, I required a quotation which they sent to me quickly and was competitive, I agreed and was told they could carry out the work in 10days, they arrived and commenced work and finished the fence same day cleared all rubbish and left the garden spic and span.Therefore I thoroughly recommend this company

All I can say is wow! Chris and his team took a garden that was sloping, bumpy, rocky, weedy and most importantly thick clay soil (typical with the area). It was hard graft but first they brought in a lot of top soil to level the garden off, and then worked long and hard for one day laying the turf. We are delighted with the end result, the garden looks bigger and the now it's up to us to look after it! Would highly recommend the team. Thanks!

They responded at a very busy time, so that was very good. In my opinion, the attachment of the arris rail brackets looks a bit slapdash, but maybe difficult on an old fence, and they were rushed off their feet. I've marked courtesy down to 3, not because they were rude at all (they were fine), but because I asked for a quote for some other work at the same time, but have never received it. I accepted that I'd have to wait for two or three weeks because they were very busy (it was in the middle of the storms). They took all the measurements, wrote it all down - but then I never heard from them.
