They responded at a very busy time, so that was very good. In my opinion, the attachment of the arris rail brackets looks a bit slapdash, but maybe difficult on an old fence, and they were rushed off their feet. I've marked courtesy down to 3, not because they were rude at all (they were fine), but because I asked for a quote for some other work at the same time, but have never received it. I accepted that I'd have to wait for two or three weeks because they were very busy (it was in the middle of the storms). They took all the measurements, wrote it all down - but then I never heard from them.

These guys were awesome. From the first visit Chris was clear and open with his assessments and costs. When we agreed a deal he was efficient and talked me through timing and what to expect. The work was carried out seamlessly and efficiently, sticking to the timeline and coming in under the budget in the end. The end result is such high quality and just what we wanted. Couldn’t recommend higher!
