They responded at a very busy time, so that was very good. In my opinion, the attachment of the arris rail brackets looks a bit slapdash, but maybe difficult on an old fence, and they were rushed off their feet. I've marked courtesy down to 3, not because they were rude at all (they were fine), but because I asked for a quote for some other work at the same time, but have never received it. I accepted that I'd have to wait for two or three weeks because they were very busy (it was in the middle of the storms). They took all the measurements, wrote it all down - but then I never heard from them.

Absolutely 1st class work, beautifully and speedily done. They are good at what they do, the quality speaks for itself. I've used them twice now and on both occasions, was very satisfied. They are both well mannered and respectful so would recommend them.

Following the storm on 18 February my back fence had blown down. Chris was able to inspect the damage on the same day and advised that the fence could be salvaged and erected back into position. The work was completed on the 22 February.
